We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover and PayPal. Sorry, we don't accept personal checks or instant lottery tickets – True Story!
Michigan orders will be charged 6% state sales tax.
Shipping:
Shipping is calculated once your items have been added to your shopping cart and are based on weight, zone and service level chosen.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.
Most orders received before 2pm EST/EDT Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.
Your Green Daffodil goodies are “melty” so we reserve the right to delay shipping if the temperature exceeds 90°F; we will notify you of any delay. Nobody wants their candles to be delivered looking like Salvador Dali made them.
Canada and Overseas:
Please contact us directly for orders outside of the continental United States.
Returns:
Our products are made especially for you! We accept returns for defective merchandise only, so be certain your Nana really wanted you to order the Lilac and not Lavender.
*SECURITY*
We do not retain your credit card number when you make an online purchase. Our checkout process encrypts it and sends it to Authorize.net®, one of the internet's largest payment gateways. (Click the seal to the right.) Your card number never gets stored on our server. We follow all applicable PCI-DSS standards and our site is regularly tested against those standards by an independent internet security organization.
All browser traffic to and from the Green Daffodil web site is encrypted over HTTPS. Your should see a clickable padlock icon near your address bar to verify that this is really Green Daffodil's web site.
The personal information you provide us - name, address, email, phone, etc. - is protected from other visitors to the site by our site's security configuration. Our webmaster is a security geek. We regularly receive notice of and install security updates to the software on the site. No web site can guarantee 100% security, but we take your identity protection seriously and will make every effort to align ourselves with current best practices.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, Green Daffodil reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed incorrectly, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Green Daffodil will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price charged. In no event shall Green Daffodil be obligated to provide you the merchandise at the incorrect price.
